This professional tool, Clinometer, is the most precise slope measurement tool available for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. It utilizes all sides of the device and the camera for accurate measurements. It suits a wide range of applications, from simple tasks like aligning a frame to more complex requirements that demand precise slope measurements.  <li>3 Modes (including auto-switching): Clinometer mode (auto in upright position), Camera mode (manual activation for any direction), and Bubble level (activated when held flat).</li>
 <li>Relative angles: Measure relative angles between device positions in addition to absolute angles.</li>
 <li>Advanced two-way calibration on all sides: Calibrate on each of the four sides and the bubble mode with two-step calibration for optimal precision, even on non-level surfaces.</li>
 <li>Speech synthesis: The current reading is spoken aloud for convenience during measurements or alignment tasks.</li>
 <li>Five different unit modes: Display slope in degrees (rounded or tenths), percentage, rise over run, and 1V:H.</li>
 <li>Dial Rotation: Define 0° and 90° by smoothly rotating the dial background.</li>

 <li>Peer Mode: Use two devices to measure angles simultaneously.</li>

 <li>Adjustable Auto-Lock: Prevent the device from entering sleep mode.</li>

An inclinometer or clinometer measures angles of slope, elevation, or inclination of an object with respect to gravity. Some common names for this instrument include tilt meter, slope gauge, level gauge, and pitch & roll indicator. Please note, this tool is intended for recreational use only and can provide accurate results after calibration.
